Bread Machine Plain White Bread

2/3 cup water
2 cups flour (I used King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp yeast

Combine the yeast, water, and a little of the sugar and let it set for a few minutes to proof the yeast. Put all ingredients in the bread machine and hit start.
