6 to 7 white potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
Barely cover with water, the cover pan with lid and cook 12-15 minutes.
Do not drain.
Add
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups milk
Cook until barely warm.
