Chocolate Fudge

2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
salt

Combine cocoa, sugar and milk. Cook to hard ball stage. Remove from heat and add butter and salt. Beat until looses its gloss. Pour into buttered dish. Add pecans or marshmallows if desired.
