Chocolate Pudding Cake

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
3 T. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Combine sugar, flour and other dry ingredients. Add milk, butter and vanilla. Stir with spoon until well blended.

Topping: 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Combine and sprinkle over first mixture.

Pour 1 1/2 c. water over all.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
