Pie Crust

1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. flour

Combine Crisco and boiling water, stirring until melted. Add flour and stir until all combined. Divide in half and roll out. Makes 2 crusts. Bake at 425 until lightly browned.
